PURPOSE: To improve the metal fitting holding property by putting specified cement mortar between an insulator main body and a metal fitting, fluidizing the mortar by applying vibration, and then hardening the mortar while limiting the insulator main body and the metal fitting. ;CONSTITUTION: Cement, aggregate, and water are mixed at the weight ratio 10/25 of cement/aggregate and at water weight ratio 14-18% of cement to give a cement mortar 14 having no fluidity in still state with 100-110 flow value (by JISR 5201 flow test) and showing fluidity in vibration applied state. While the cement mortar 14 being vibrated, the inside of an insulator main body 11 whose circumference is supported is filled with the cement mortar and then the insulator is inserted into a metal fitting 12 and a cap 13 received by a receiving part 15 is fitted in the head part of an insulator main body 11. Then, vibration application is stopped and the cement mortar 14 is stopped being vibrated and after the relative movement of the insulator main body 11 and the metal fitting 12 is limited, the cement mortar 14 is cured and hardened.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
