PURPOSE: To obtain member excellent in water repellency and anti-frosting properties suitable for a heat exchanger fan, which is installed in a room air conditioner by the type of both air cooling and heating in combination. ;CONSTITUTION: First of all, metallic plate material such as aluminum or the like is etched so as to realize the percentage of portion not subjected to erode of 10% or less and the surface area of 20cm² or more per one cm², which is area shown in plan view, of the metallic plate material.
