PURPOSE: To use not only a channel region sandwiched by cell columns but also a region on cells as a wiring region to reduce an area of channel region required between the cell columns by allowing the wirings formed on the wiring layer not used within the cell to pass through the region between the center terminals and external surface of cells. ;CONSTITUTION: Terminals are also provided almost at the center of cell 1, in addition to the external surface of cells and these terminals are defined as the cell center terminals 2c. The cell center terminal layer is formed by the first and the second metal layers and through holes may also be set at the terminal position for connecting these metal layers. Moreover, the terminal of the first metal layer has an equal potential terminal of polylayer. On the cell 1, a wiring of the third metal layer can freely pass through the grid of the third metal layer and wiring of the second metal layer is laid avoiding a wiring inhibit region 6 of the second metal layer existing within the cell 1.
