PURPOSE: To produce a material excellent in chemical stability and also excellent in high resolution, high diffraction efficiency and high transparency by dry processing by constituting of a specified non-arom. thermoset epoxy oligomer, an aliphat. monomer, a photo-initiator and a sensitizing dye sensitizing the photo-initiator. ;CONSTITUTION: The non arom. thermoset epoxy oligomer which is solvent soluble and capable of cationic polymerization and expressed by formula (In the formula, R1 and R2 are residual groups respectively selected among hydrogen atom, methyl, ethyl and trifluoromethyl group and n is 1-20.) is incorporated. And the aliphat. monomer which is liq. at normal temp. and normal pressure and has ≥100°C b.p. at the normal pressure and has at least one ethylenic unsatd. bond capable of radical polymerization is incorporated. Moreover, the photo-initiator generating simultaneously a radical seed activating radical polymerization and cationic polymerization which are exposed to chemical radioactive rays and Bronsted acid or Lewis acid and the sensitizing dye sensitizing the photo-initiator are incorporated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
