PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a master for thermal stencil printing, which is prominent in transferring property on a plate-making printing machine especially and capable of obtaining a printed matter of a good quality. ;SOLUTION: In a master for thermal stencil printing, provided with a porous resin film on one side of a thermoplastic resin film, the porous resin film comprises needle type filler (or high polymer dispersion agent and the needle type filler) having the Mohs hardness of 4.0 or more. In this case, needle type aluminum borate, needle type titanium borate or needle type sodium titanate are used preferably for the needle type filler while a high polymerized substance, containing carboxyl group, is used preferably for the high polymer dispersion agent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
