PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a master for thermal stencil printing and the manufacturing method of the same, capable of obtaining a high quality printing image and reduced in offset.;SOLUTION: The master for thermal stencil printing, which is provided with at least a porous resin film on a thermoplastic resin film, is manufactured by a method wherein a fluidized body for forming the porous resin film is applied to the thermoplastic resin film, then, the body is dried by drying without sending air for 5 sec and, thereafter, the same body is dried by hitting air having an air speed of 30 m/s or less to form the porous resin film.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
