PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and high performance observation device for capillary blood flow which can easily observe the capillary blood flow of eponychium of the fingertip. SOLUTION: In the circumference of an objective lens 21 opposite to the fingertip c, light emitting diodes 312 are arranged in a circular shape close to the objective lens so that light of between 410 nm and 580 nm is cast on a subject to be observed. A finger fixing mechanism 1 which fixes the finger to be observed corresponding to the objective lens is provided, and the finger fixing mechanism is provided with an adjusting mechanism which aligns the center line of the finger in the transverse direction with the center of the objective lens, and a rotatable finger moving auxiliary tool 16 is provided at the part in contact with the digital bulb of the finger tip in the longitudinal direction. At an imaging part opposite to the objective lens, a high density imaging element 41 is provided. The output of the high density imaging element is inputted to a monitor to magnify the capillary of eponychium of the fingertip, then the blood flow is observed.
