The one end side slit material 7 and the other end side slit material 8 are buried at a mutually different position, and a column 3 and an outer wall 4 are made a state where they are connected by the connection part 16 by forming respectively independent earthquake resistant slits on the side of the inner wall face 14 and the side of the outer wall face 15.
