PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To break a connection part by horizontal load in an earthquake and display a function as an earthquake resistant slit by burying one end side slit material and the other end side slit material in the connection part of a column and a wall so as to overlap the edge parts themselves in a state where they are mutually slipped at a proper interval in length. ;SOLUTION: One end side slit material 7 is buried down to a proper position in a wall from an inner wall face 14, and the other end side slit material 8 is buried down to a proper position in the wall from the outer wall face 15 of a position slightly separated from the one end side slit material 7. The connection part 16 of proper thickness is formed between these edge parts, and the edge part of a wall bar 17 is inserted in the through hole 13 of a long piece 1. The one end side slit material 7 and the other end side slit material 8 are buried at a mutually different position, and a column 3 and an outer wall 4 are made a state where they are connected by the connection part 16 by forming respectively independent earthquake resistant slits on the side of the inner wall face 14 and the side of the outer wall face 15.
