PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously supply a fluid with a fixed pressure. ;SOLUTION: A fluid is supplied to and discharged from a sealed tank 9, pressurized air from a pneumatic pump 102 is supplied to the upper space 4 through a flow control valve V1 to lay the upper space 4 in a predetermined set pressure. When a moving body 6 reaches an upper limit position H by the rise of the pressure within a storing space 7, a vane pump 41 is driven by a control means 47, and when the moving body 6 reaches a lower limit position L, the vane pump 41 is stopped by the control means 47 to continuously supply the fluid with a fixed pressure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
