PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tencha drink utilizing the characteristic flavor of the tencha and simultaneously having a preferable functional property by controlling an ethanol concentration and a tencha extract concentration in specific ranges, respectively. ;SOLUTION: This tencha drink contains ethanol in a concentration of preferably 2-20 v/v%, more preferably 2-8 v/v%, and a tencha extract in a concentration of preferably 0.01-1.00 w/w%, more preferably 0.05-1.00 w/w%. The tencha drink preferably further contains a perfume extracted from the tissue of a plant, such as its flowers, seeds, leaves, roots, stems or trunks or the powder of the tissue, or/and a synthetic perfume similar to the natural perfume. A liquor such as sake (refined rice wine), wine, whisky, brandy, rum, tequila, vodka or shochu (low-class distilled spirit) or/and a synthetic perfume having the smell of one of the liquors is preferably further added.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
