PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of simply and precisely adjusting a standard level of a continuous footing especially by a small amount of a level adjusting member and related to improvement of horizontal precision of a building. ;SOLUTION: An anchor bolt 7 for upper part structural material fastening is projectively provided on a precast reinforced continuous footing member 1 to construct a reinforced concrete continuous footing, and a recessed part 9 having an open surface 10 of roughly the same size as a base plate 6 of an upper part structural material is previously provided at proper depth at a projecting position of the anchor bolt 7. Thereafter, a formwork is placed so as to surround the recessed part 9 after constructing the continuous footing, a level adjusting material 8 of favourable self fluidity is filled in the form and up to a previously set standard level position, and after the level adjusting material 8 is hardened, the form is removed and an upper surface of the level adjusting material 8 is made a standard level surface 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
