PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electronic equipment system which can efficiently cool the housing and heating body of the electronic equipment by utilizing an extension device. ;SOLUTION: The electronic equipment system has a portable computer 1 having a housing 5 in which an IC chip 20 is stored and a mount part (36) where the housing of the portable computer is mounted detachably and is equipped with the extension device 2 which is used when the function of the portable computer is extended.
