PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic elevation type form and a footing device for construction of a high structure in which complicated construction of anchor bolts can be omitted, and in which advantages with relation to construction such as increase of construction speed can be achieved. ;SOLUTION: This device is an automatic elevation type form and footing device for constructing a high structure in stages by repetition of construction of a body block by placing concrete in a form, and intermittent lifting action of the form, a footing, and a support frame supporting these after curing concrete. In this case, two stages of upper and lower reaction force frames 14, 15 provided to surround the skelton block 1, fixed to the support frame 3 on the lower stage side, and connected to each other by a ball screw jack 18 to be capable of getting closer to/apart from each other are provided, and each reaction force frame 14, 15 is provided with a hydraulic reaction force jack of which elastic pressure supporting plate at a movable tip pressure part gets in friction-contact with a concrete wall surface 1a of the skelton block 1 at the time of elongation action, and a hydraulic anchor jack 22 for safety of which movable tip engagement part 60 is engaged with a fail safe anchor 41 protruded to the concrete wall surface 1a of the skelton block 1 at the time of elongation action.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
