PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optimum controller for gas which optimizes plural evaluation functions at the same time as to a control problem of a base body which is affected by disturbance by finding the minimum value among respective solutions of evaluation functions as an optimum solution and determining controlled variables for respective actuators within a range including the minimum value as its maximum value. ;SOLUTION: This controller is equipped with an optimum control part for the optimum distribution of a driving force which should be applied to a ship body 70 to respective actuators 61 to 64. This optimum control part stores a restriction condition data storage means with data showing restriction conditions set for the actuators 61 to 64 and an evaluation function data storage means with data showing plural evaluation functions set for the actuators 61 to 64. A solution calculating means finds the respective solutions of the plural evaluation functions individually under the restriction conditions, an optimum solution arithmetic means finds the minimum value among the solution of the evaluation functions as an optimum solution, and a controlled variable determining means determines controlled variables for the actuators 61 to 64 within the range including the minimum value as its maximum value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
