PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetation bag body with a pocket, and an easy construction method for forming a stable base body superior in a rooting rate for preventing washing-away of soil for bringing about moisture and nutrition required for growing respective plants by preventing the cause of easy outflow of the soil and withering of the plants particularly in a place of a steep slope and a place exposed to wind and rain for preventing a maximum problem of how to keep the soil essential for growing the plants in a stable state when seeding and planting the plants in an artificial structure. PSOLUTION: A partition of forming a continuous shape of the pocket is preformed by one or a plurality over the bottom from a port of the bag body. The base body is formed by filling and sealing cultivating earth in respective bags divided by the partition. A propagating material is inserted into the continuous pocket of the partition.
