PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetation block seeding and planting method, vegetation block bodies used for the method, and a vegetation block seeding and planting structure that can expedite the growth of arboreous plants and the like by partitioning and spraying a first vegetation base material mixed with seeds of arboreous plants or the like and a second vegetation base material mixed with seeds of herbaceous plants. PSOLUTION: The vegetation block seeding and planting method comprises an installation process for fixing and installing the vegetation block bodies 16 having storage parts for storing the first vegetation base material 17, to the upper face of a seeding and planting foundation bed B at spaces from one another in longitudinal and lateral directions; a first spraying process for spraying the first vegetation base material 17 into the storage parts 16a of the vegetation block bodies 16; a cover closing process for closing the storage parts 16a of the vegetation block bodies 16 with cover bodies 19; a herbaceous plant spraying process for spraying the second vegetation base material 18 to the upper face of the seeding and planting foundation bed B so as not to embed the vegetation block bodies 16; and a cover removing process for removing the cover bodies 19 of the vegetation block bodies 16 to expose the first vegetation base material 17 after spraying the herbaceous plant vegetation base material 18.
