PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively culture champignon which is difficult to culture by adding a specific fertilizer to a culture medium composed mainly of straw, eulalia and Sasa albo-marginata and inoculating a spawn on the formed compost. SOLUTION: The culture process includes the inoculation of champignon spawn on a compost formed by adding Batguano (feces of bat) as a fertilizer to a medium composed mainly of straw, eulalia and Sasa albo-marginata. Preferably, the compost is added with activated water and the process includes a turning operation when the compost temperature is increased to =70 deg.C. Champignon can be cultured by either one of the above processes.
