ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE OF SPACER BETWEEN BEAM MATERIAL AND MAIN HOUSE MATERIAL AT CARPORT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly structure of a spacer between a beam material and a main house material at a carport wherein the spacer can be connected to the main house material in a stable manner by a simple work such that the main house material is put into the spacer secured on the beam material.;SOLUTION: A spacer 7 is secured onto a beam material 3 to receive a main house material 5. In the spacer 7, a left and right side plates 17, 17 are erected on a seat plate 15 fixed on the beam material 3, while a connection plate 19 for both the plates 17, 17 is provided at the upper end of the spacer 7 so as to receive the material 5. A holding claw 21 is formed at each of the opposite ends of the plate 19 so as to be in close contact with a side surface of the material 5. In the main house material 5, a locking groove 28 is provided on each of the opposite sides of the material 5 for engagement with a hook part 23 of the claw 21, while a flanged part 27 is formed on each of the opposite sides of the lower end of the material 5 so as to protrude, and a notched portion 31 is formed in the part 27 for insertion of the claw 21 of the spacer 7.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
