PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground propelling piping device capable of burying a pipe larger in diameter than a main body of a hammering type propelling machine without cutting. ;SOLUTION: A cover body 2 is installed on a front end opening of a laid out pipe 1, a hammering type propelling machine 3 is inserted into the laid out pipe 1, and its propelling head 32 is positioned inside the cover body 2. A guide pipe 5A is connected to the rear end part of the hammering type propelling machine 3, and a holding device 7 is installed detachably on the outer periphery of the guide pipe 5A projected from the laid out pipe 1.
