PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously or continuously measure the oxidation-reduction potential and zeta potential of a tabular sample.;SOLUTION: This cell is equipped with a transparent electrophoretic cell 5 formed by pressing a tabular object 6 to be measured to the opened surface of a recess of which one surface is opened, a pair of the DC electric field applying electrode inserting holes 2, 3 communicating with the recess in the vicinity of both end parts in the longitudinal direction thereof and the reference electrode inserting hole 4 communicating with the recess between the DC electric field applying electrode inserting holes 2, 3. This measuring method executed by measuring the oxidation-reduction potential of the object to be measured from the potential difference between a reference electrode 13 and the tabular object 6 and applying a DC electric field to a PC electric field applying electrode 15 to measure zeta potential of the tabular object from the moving speed of monitor particles electrically migrated within the electrophretic cell 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
