PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radiation-curable compsn. which forms a cured coating film excellent in weatherability, processing properties, and mechanical properties by incorporating, based on the total amt. of radiation-curable compds., a specified amt, of a carbonate (meth)acrylate into the same. SOLUTION: 100 pts.wt. radiation-curable component comprising 0.5-100 wt.% carbonate (meth)acrylate having a number average mol.wt. of 3,000 g/mol or lower, pref. 1,500 g/mol or lower, on average 1-5 carbonate groups, and on average 2-4 (meth)acrylate groups, 20-95 wt.% urethane (meth)aerylate, epoxy (meth)acrylate, or melamine (meth)acrylate having a number average mol.wt. of 500-20,000 g/mol, and 0-50 wt.% compd. having at least one (meth)acrylic group is compounded with 0-10 pts.wt. photoinitiator, 0.1-5 pts.wt. ultraviolet absorber, and 0.1-5 pts.wt. free radical scavenger.
