PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly adjust a tensile force of many linear bodies without increasing a size of a device and economical burden when the number of linear bodies is increased. ;SOLUTION: A speed V1 of a second pinch roller 3 arranged on the downstream side of a first pinch roller 2 is set to be higher than a speed V of the first pinch roller by a predetermined speed, and slip coefficients for a plurality of linear bodies 1, 1, 1... are set in such a way that one of them is larger than the other between the first and second pinch rollers. As for the relation between the slip coefficients, a plurality of linear bodies which supply a tape 4 to the first pinch roller pass the first pinch roller in a condition in which they are nipped by the tape. A tensile force of the linear body introduced into the first pinch roller relatively at a low tensile force is increased by the second pinch roller having a high speed in a scope of slip coefficient of the pinch roller. On the other hand, a tensile force of the linear body introduced relatively at a high tensile force is reduced by slip in either of the pinch rollers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
