PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film terminal pullout device capable of realizing easy handling and surely pulling out even film whose leading edge is damaged from a cartridge. ;SOLUTION: This device is provided with a cartridge supporting part 3, a rotating and driving part for rotating the spool of the cartridge in a take-up direction, a reciprocating and driving part 5 for inserting or retreating a pullout plate in/from the cartridge through the film entrance of the cartridge by reciprocating the pullout plate, and a guide plate 7 guiding to pull out the film from the film entrance by inserting the cartridge in the film entrance. The pullout plate is inserted in the cartridge from the film entrance of the cartridge through the driving part 5 and the spool of the cartridge is rotated in the take-up direction by the rotating and driving part so as to superpose the pullout plate on the film in the cartridge. Then, the pullout plate is pulled out from the cartridge by the driving part 5, so that one end side of the film is pulled out from the film entrance of the cartridge through the pullout plate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
