PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new scattering system surface treatment construction method which is simple, inexpensive and very reliable, and a scattering system surface treatment work vehicle used for the above construction. ;SOLUTION: A scattering system surface treatment construction method uses a working vehicle having a binder scattering device and an aggregate scattering device ahead of a front car wheel in the above order from a position near the front of the car, and scatters a binder and an aggregate on a road face in the above order as a working vehicle is advanced.
