PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new scattering system surface treatment construction method which is simple, inexpensive and very reliable, and a scattering system surface treatment work vehicle used for the above construction method. ;SOLUTION: A scattering system surface treatment construction method uses a working vehicle having a binder scattering device and an aggregate scattering device between a front wheel and a rear wheel of a car in these order from a position near the front of the car, and the working car scatters the binder and the aggregate on the road surface in these order as the working vehicle is advanced, and a scattering system surface treatment work vehicle 1 having the binder scattering device and the aggregate scattering device between the front wheel and the rear wheel of the car in the above order from a position near the front of the car is provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
