PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain usage volume of lubricating oil for press processing and solvent cleaner, and reduce manufacturing costs and environmental load by spraying lubricating oil for press processing to a given position of a press workpiece at a given pattern. ;SOLUTION: It is preferable that lubricating oil for press processing is sprayed by dot matrix control, or by discharging grain-form lubricating oil for press processing, or by controlling increase/decrease of discharging volume of lubricating oil for press processing. Lubricating oil 8 pressurized at a constant pressure discharging device 10 is controlled from a lubricating oil tank 9 to be open/closed by an electromagnetic valve 11, and signals detected the feeding volume of a press workpiece 2 at a detecting device 13 are inputted into a control device 14 so as to spray the lubricating oil 8 to the workpiece 2. The spraying position of the lubricating oil 8 is inputted into the control device 14 as data for every mold, and timing for spraying the lubricating oil 8 is adjusted according to the signals from a feed volume detecting device 13. The lubricating oil 8 is sprayed only to a processing portion of the workpiece 2, so that usage volume of the lubricating oil 8 and solvent cleaner can be restrained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
