PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for analyzing medical examination and treatment data capable of relating the records of the various kinds of tables or the basis of a time axis and a data extraction method utilizing it. SOLUTION: In this medical treatment data analysis system 1 provided at least with a medical treatment data base 21 including various kinds of data base tables, a time range data base 41 for pointing the record relating to the time base in the various kinds of the data base tables in the medical treatment data base 21 is provided. Also, by the time range data base, the relating of a disease and a treatment means not related on the medical treatment database or the relating of the disease, the treatment means and observation data is imparted to the time base and the data extraction of a disease unit or a treatment means unit is performed.
