PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a temperature rise in the shade and open a window when a wind blows by forming an opening part of a net bag into a ring shape, passing a string through the ring shape, providing a hook at one end of the string and providing a loop at the other end, and putting the hook and the loop outside the ring shape. ;SOLUTION: An opening part of a net bag 1 covering a window frame of a vehicle is formed into a ring shape. A string 3 is passed through the ring shape, and the string 3 is provided with a hook 4 at one end and a loop 5 at the other end. The hook 4 and the loop 5 are put outside the ring. In using thus constructed net bag 1, a door 6 is opened, the net bag 1 is put on the window frame with the hook 4 inside the vehicle, the hook 4 is pulled to hang the hook 4 on the net, and then the door 6 is closed. Thus, simply the inside and the outside of the window can be shut off so that in summer, a driver leaves with the window left open, a theft prevention is enabled, a temperature rise in the cabin can be prevented, and during traveling, leaning out of the window can be prevented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
