PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device adjusting a compressor bleed valve in response to use of an engine. ;SOLUTION: This control device 102 operating a compressor bleed valve 124 in a gas turbine engine 100 judges stability of the engine in response to a plurality of engine parameters and calculates these engine parameters stored for estimating operation indicating a surge of a compressor relating to a safety limit. The control device 102 further maintains a rolling mean value estimating compressor performance relating to an engine flight to a prescribed number. The control device 102 judges a bias or extraction close stop position of the bleed valve 124 in response to the calculated engine parameter and adjusts operation of the bleed valve 124 so as to prevent compressor operation from exceeding the safety limit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
