PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a school registration business work and to attain a correctness in data in a graduate school by permitting a personal computer connected to a client server system to be a hardware configuration and managing and operating a part of the work such as school record management an school register management by means of the computer under the configuration. ;SOLUTION: A supporting device consists of the client server system which is connected to a LAN line 3. School record data, completion data and school register data or the like are held in a server device 2 by unitary management. Since an environment is the LAN one, client devices 1 are arranged by distribution in school but a school record database, a completion database and a school register database or the like to be the core are stored in the hard disk of the server device 2. Thus, the loss of inter-data consistency and double-management by individually managing information are eliminated.
