PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce the labor for processing work and to speedily execute the processing by enabling a school business support system to simultaneous input for every subject from plural computers and to carry out the processing work at all times, and by enabling the system speedy input data to the plural computers. ;SOLUTION: A series of entrance examination processes described below are continuously and automatically carried out in this school business support system. Data communication is executed between a server computer 2 and plural client computers 3. The scores for every examination subject are inputted in a list table for score input to the server computer 2 side for every examination subject by the prescribed manipulation from a data input means 13 for the clients. On the server computer 2 side, the total scores of all the examination subjects are calculated and the results of success or failure are inputted to the corresponding columns of the success or failure list tables lined up in order of the total scores.
