PURPOSE: To obtain a fin material excellent in hydrophilic performance by forming a coating film of a specific lubricating resin composition on a hydrophilic coating film containing a specific silicon compound on an aluminum based metallic sheet. ;CONSTITUTION: The hydrophilic coating film containing the silicon compounds of one or more kinds selected from silica and silicates is formed on the Al or Al alloy sheet. The coating film of the resin composition obtained by incorporating (b) 1.0-30 pts.wt. 2-6C ester and/or polyhydric alcohol into 100 pts.wt. resin containing hydroxyl groups and/or carboxyl groups is formed by 0.1-5.0μm thickness. As a result, the Al fin material free from the wear of a metallic mold even in the use of a volatile press oil at the time of molding the fin, less in odor at the time of building-up as a heat exchanger and operating as an air conditioner and excellent in hydrophilic property is obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
