PURPOSE:To obtain the subject structure consisting of a pair of nearly conical mound-like structures provided with inclined faces and a partition structure lower than these structures used for connecting the pair of nearly conical mound-like structures, having good occurrence efficiency of upwelling stream and useful for environmental preservation. CONSTITUTION:The objective structure 10 consisting of a pair of nearly conical mound-like structures 11 provided with inclined faces inclined toward the sea bottom face in the direction radiating from the top and a partition structure 12 having nearly triangle-like cross section, used for connecting a pair of nearly conical mound-like structures, gradually inclining from the peak having height lower than conical mound-like structure 11 toward the bottom face.
