PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weight lifting-up device by which a weight is lifted up and dropped automatically and to provide an impact tester which is provided with the weight lifting-up device. ;SOLUTION: A weight lifting-up device A is constituted in such a way that a vertical guide member 10 is installed so as to be erected, that a slider 12 which receives the driving force of a driving source and which is guided and moved up and down is installed at the vertical guide member 10, that a weight mounting member 16 which can be advanced and retrieted in the front and rear directions is installed at the slider 12, that a weight 26 is placed on the weight mounting member 16 and that the weight 26 is moved up and down. An impact testing device B is constituted in such a way that it is provided with a receiver base 20 on which a test sheet is placed, that an impact punch 23 is installed on the receiver base, that the impact punch 23 is supported so as to be movable up and down by a support base 22 installed on the receiver base and that a tower-shaped guide member 24 which guides the weight 26 so as to be movable up and down is erected on the support base.
