Mouse monoclonal anti-idiotype antibodies, process of their preparation, pharmaceutical preparations in which they are comprised and their use

In the present invention there are described mouse monoclonal anti-idiotype antibodies with properties of inner picture (Ab2) against monoclonal antibodies BR55-2 (Ab1) and pharmaceutical preparations in which they are comprised and which are intended for preventive and/or therapeutic immunization against infections caused by HIV virus, against cancer of epithelial origin and against cancer of small lung cells, as well as their use for determinations and in vitro immuno-purification. The process for preparing these antibodies is characterized in that mice are immunized with BR55-2/mouse IgG3-F(abˆ)i2-KLH conjugate, mouse spleen cells are subjected to fusion with cells of a mouse myeloma line SP 2/0 and obtained hybridoma cells producing IgG with inhibition capacity are selected. The inhibition capacity stands for inhibition of the BR55-2/mouse IgG2a antibody bond to a cellular line SKBE5 being higher than 95 percent, whereupon after purification the anti-idiotype antibodies are isolated.
