A system for control and measurement of voice communications lines, automatically and remotely, for the purpose of making it possible to diagnose breakdowns or to carry out tests which ensure the quality of the communications, incorporates a panel 1 in which are included elements 1a, 1b for measuring and extracting the information and signals from the lines which are going to be measured and/or monitored, a set of transmission and communication means 2 for transmitting the signals to the rest of the components of the system, a signal duplicator means 3 which puts the audio channel in communication with the measuring equipment and with an operator terminal 5, and audio measuring or analysing equipment for analysis of such signals.
