The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of wheat flour-containing product, wherein hybrid Rumex acetosa L. is used, i.e. it may be used in producing wheat flour, dried noodles, ready-to-eat noodles and pastry and the like. The obtained products have nature, complete and balanced nutrition as well as excellent appearance and taste characteristics, because the hybrid Rumex acetosa L. is a kind of high nutrition plant having amounts of amino acid, protein and carotene.
