Present motor vehicles are equipped with the automatic register of the road condition (2), light signaling device or light and sound signaling device (3) and speedometer of the vehicle (4) which are all connected with the central automatic unit (1) which contains the module storing two fixed programs. While driving with headlights on, the central automatic unit is constantly fed with two variable information entries, which, at every moment of the drive, create systems together with fixed programs, whose results make foundations for constant and impeccable functioning of the automatic and semi-automatic low/high beam and high/low beam regulation system for the existing light system of motor vehicles of all types and kinds (ABR and SBR) and at the same time the maximum speed of the vehicle is determined.
