The intermediate piece (4) has three bulges (6) in the middle section (5) created by mechanical deformation. The bulges give the intermediate piece a local radius which is larger than the radius of the cross-section of the rest of the piece. The bulges are arranged at an angle of 120 deg. to each other. The rod parts (2,3) and the intermediate part are tubular, and round in cross section.
