摘要

The present invention relates to a kind of techniques to rely exclusively on transglycolytic enzymes, synthesizing branched oligosaccharides. According to the method, donor sugar is incubated for acceptor saccharide and with suitable glycosidase first. Then that by the glycosidic bond of the disaccharides of generation or oligosaccharides incubation and second, different glycosidase and donor sugar obtains the oligosaccharides of branching to form second different from being formed in the first order. This method carries out completely in water phase, and exclusively and allows to obtain, and yield is high and specificity, the oligosaccharides of branching such as trisaccharide Lewis-X.
