PURPOSE: A molten metal real efficiency rate improving device of a tundish is provided to improve the continuous casting efficiency and to minimize the remainder inside the tundish caused by the melting of a small dam constituted of a steel plate at the end of the casting by a prevention of the dipping nozzle from clogging. CONSTITUTION: A molten metal real receiving rate improving device of a tundish comprises:a tundish(130) having a main dam and a sub dam(180) installed to form a molten metal inlet(190) on the base; rail grooves(200,200') formed on the both sides of the inner slope(130a) of the tundish; and both ends(210a) of a small dam(210) constituted of a steel plate to melt by the molten metal at the end of the casting inserted between the rails to surface the nonmetallic combining agents inside the molten metal.
