DEVICE FOR REMOVING A FOREIGN MATTER IN SUPPLYING MOLTEN METAL, CAPABLE OF PREVENTING THE FOREIGN MATTER SUCH AS A FILLER, WHICH TEMPORARILY CLOSES THE OUTLET OF ONE MOLTEN METAL CONTAINER SUCH AS A LADLE, FROM BEING SUPPLIED TO THE OTHER MOLTEN METAL CONTAINER SUCH AS A TUNDISH
PURPOSE: A device for removing a foreign matter in supplying molten metal is provided to reduce the danger of safety accidents, improve the cleanliness of the molten metal, and block the inflow of outside air into a molten metal container in order to prevent the reoxidation of the molten metal.;CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for removing a foreign matter(A) in supplying molten metal(S) includes a main body(200) and a guide part(300). A transfer path(210) and a foreign matter storage part(220) are formed in the main body(200). Molten metal(S) flows in and out of the transfer path(210). The foreign matter storage part(220) is connected to the transfer path(210). The guide part(300) guides the foreign matter(A), which flows in the transfer path(210), to be transferred to and be stored in the foreign matter storage part(220). The main body(200) is made of a refractory material. Through the guide part(300), the foreign matter(A), which flows in the transfer path(210), is transferred to and is stored in the foreign matter storage part(220), and the molten metal(S), which flows in the transfer path(210) flows out. The guide part(300) includes a connecting member(310) and a guide member(320). The guide member(320) is connected to the connecting member(310), and is equipped in the transfer path(210). The guide member(320) guides the foreign matter(A), which flows in the transfer path(210), to be transferred to and be stored in the foreign matter storage part(220).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
