PURPOSE: The thinnest silicone steel plate is provided which has a good productivity. CONSTITUTION: The silicone steel containing 2.5- 7.0 weight % of Si, less than 10 weight % of C, less than 0.002 weight % of Mn, less than 0.01 weight % of S, less than 0.01 weight % of N, less than 0.01 weight % of AL and Fe, is hot rolled, pickled, cold rolled and annealed. A corelation equation(Ba= g X Bc + h, h is 1.8- 2.0, g= 0.2-0.4) is obtained from various conditions of measured flux densities. In a practical operation, annealing is carried out when a desired flux density is larger than that of the equation.
