PURPOSE: A stereo hands free transceiver able to use a portable telephone and an acoustic machinery and tools together is provided to hear a telephone conversation or a sound with simply and conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A stereo hands free earphone mike phone set and controller operated with a manual operation not to detect a call signal combined portable telephone /an acoustic machinery and tools connect a stereo earphone(4), a mike(5) to a controller(1) including a telephone/an acoustic machinery and tools selection switch(SW2), a volume controller(SW2), telephone call begin/finish, and a portable telephone or a connection plug(P2) of a wire and a wireless phone, and a connection plug(P1) of a variety of acoustic machinery and tools, and use the portable phone or a wire and a wireless telephone, a variety of acoustic machinery and tools as one earphone set.
