PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing the thick-film type CO2 gas sensor using solid electrolyte, possible to produce in large quantities with simple manufacturing process, having a similar performance with the existing bulk type gas sensor and consuming power three times less than the bulk type gas sensor, is provided. CONSTITUTION: With an aluminum substrate(10) in the center, gold electrodes(20)(20a) having high conductivity are located at both upper and lower parts of the aluminum substrate(10). A heater(30) is installed on the center of the lower part of the aluminum substrate(10). A nacycon(40) is attached to the center of the upper surface of the aluminum substrate(10). LICO3(50) is laid accumulatively between the lower part of the nacycon(40) and the gold electrode(20) by the screen printing method.
