A PANEL FOR THE KOREAN UNDER-FOOR HEATING SYSTEM USING JADE AND CHARCOAL AND IT'S PRODECTION METHOD

PURPOSE: A panel for a heating floor is provided to shorten the time for constructing a panel for a heating floor by forming settlement grooves settling a hot water pipe and a heat conduction pipe on the upper and lower panels. CONSTITUTION: An upper panel(10) is prepared by arranging jade(15) and charcoal(16) uniformly between the mesh of an iron net(14), filling 200 mesh of Kaoline, wollastonite and arsenic in mortar state between the jade and charcoal, and sintering at 700-800C of temperature for molding. A lower panel(20) is prepared by mixing 25-40% of 100 mesh yellow earth, 15-30% of charcoal, 10-20% of 180-200 mesh Kaoline, 10-20% of wollastonite, and 10-20% of arsenic and sintering the mixture at 700-800C of temperature for molding. The upper and lower panels are filled with the 200 mesh of Kaoline, wollastonite and arsenic in mortar state after combining the two panels and then dried. Thereby a panel for a heating floor is completed.
