PURPOSE: A high-DHA rice having improved storage stability is provided which contains various kinds of effective components such as DHA, and is characterized in that the occurrence of a nasty smell and the change of its quality and color are prevented. CONSTITUTION: A method for the preparation of high-DHA rice having storage stability comprises: mixing up to 2 parts by weight of DHA, 5-20 parts by weight of potassium carbonate, up to 20 parts by weight of Malto-Oligosaccharide(Oligose), up to 2 parts by weight of Ascorbic acid, 100-150 parts by weight of MCT oil, 500-1000 parts by weight of water, and 10000 parts by weight of rice; and drying the mixture at 5-15C.
