CONSTITUTION: More than one requester(1) has an apparatus for inputting, storing and outputting an application information, an internet connection unit for connecting a web browser and an internet capable of connecting with the internet based on an operating system, a telephone(2), a fax-machine(3), a scanner(4), a printer(5) and a controller which are capable of transmitting and receiving a trademark, design, utility model, and patent application information.
