CONSTITUTION: The method for collecting and providing information on venture incubating in cyber space includes several steps. In a step(S100), an investor connects to a manager's web server through a cyber space. At the same time, the investor is connected to the home page of the manager(S101). Thereafter, a special examination control device identifies whether the investor is a member or not, or a qualified person or not(S102). If the investor is not a member, the investor inputs data relating to oneself(S103) and thereafter the data is stored to a member management system(S104) and at the same time, the investor is identified as a member by the special examination control device(S105). If the investor is a member, the investor selects a desired item from the home page of the manager(S106). The web server displays an invest candidate company to the investor(S109).
