METHOD FOR COPYING DOCUMENT WHILE SPEAK OVER THE TELEPHONE IN A FACISIMILE APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A manuscript copying method while talking over telephone by a sound in a facsimile apparatus is provided to copy a manuscript while talking over the telephone by a sound in a facsimile apparatus by using one key which has a transmission instruction and a copying instruction. CONSTITUTION: When a manuscript is loaded on a scanner of a facsimile apparatus(200), A CPU confirms whether a transmission/copy key from an OPE is inputted(202). When the transmission/copy key from an OPE is inputted, an LIU confirms whether a public telephone network is in an on-line state(204). When the public telephone network is in an on-line state, the CPU tests whether an input of the transmission/copy key maintains for a predetermined time(206). When the input of the transmission/copy key does not maintains for the predetermined time, the CPU operates at a transmission mode(208). When the input of the transmission/copy key maintains for a predetermined time, the CPU operates at a copy mode(210).
